AI Strategy and Training for Teams That Have to Ship

Plenty of firms will sell you an AI strategy deck. Far fewer have shipped the thing they are describing. We do the building work, which is the only reason our advice about what to build is worth anything.

Start with where the time actually goes

Most AI roadmaps fail because they start from the technology instead of the work. We sit with your team, map the processes that eat the most hours, and score them on whether a model can realistically carry the load today. Some of what you hoped to automate is not ready. You should hear that before you spend the budget, not after.

Training that sticks because it uses your work

Generic prompt-engineering workshops fade in a week. We run sessions on your actual documents, your actual tickets, your actual reports, so people leave with something working rather than a notebook of tips. The finance team automates a reconciliation they run every month. The support team drafts replies from your real history. That is what makes it survive contact with a busy week.

Tool selection without the vendor pitch

The tooling landscape resets every few months and most comparison content is affiliate marketing. We have no reseller agreements and no kickbacks. We tell you which model, which platform, and which build-versus-buy call fits your constraints, including the cases where the honest answer is that an off-the-shelf product beats anything custom we could bill you for.

A roadmap with sequencing, not a wish list

You leave with a prioritized plan: what to do first, what it costs, what has to be true before step three makes sense, and how to tell whether it worked. Written for your team to execute, whether we build any of it or not.

What you actually get

  • A process map showing where the hours actually go
  • A prioritized roadmap with sequencing, cost, and success criteria
  • Hands-on training sessions run on your own work product
  • A tool and model recommendation with the reasoning shown
  • A straight answer on what is not worth automating yet

Common Questions

Before you book a call

Is this just a workshop, or do you build anything?
Either. Some engagements are strategy and training only, and we hand the roadmap to your internal team. Others turn into a build. We do not require one to get the other, and the roadmap is written to be executable by whoever ends up doing the work.
Our team is not technical. Is that a problem?
No. The sessions are run around the work, not the tooling, and we adjust depth to the room. The people who know the process best are usually the ones who find the highest-value automation, whether or not they write code.
What makes your advice different from a big consultancy?
We build the systems too. Alex is a CPA with a Big Four background who now writes and deploys production AI code, so the recommendations come from someone who will have to live with them. There is no separate delivery team the strategy gets thrown over the wall to.
How long does an engagement take?
A focused strategy and roadmap engagement usually runs two to three weeks including the workshops. Larger organizations with more processes to map take longer.

A 30-minute call, no charge. If we can help, we will show you how. If we cannot, you still leave knowing what to do next.
